RETURN POLICY
The cost of return is at your own expense. By law, it is not compulsory to accept returns for used items for hygienic reasons (Art. 6:230p BW). We cannot offer these again. However, we understand that you would prefer to see and try the system before you proceed with the purchase so we also offer the oppourtunity to rent the product first.
EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/PRODUCT?
Send your purchase back and place a new order in our webshop for the replacement item. You will get a refund of the returned item after we have received and reviewed it.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
Once your return has been received and accepted, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. You will automatically receive a message confirming the refund.
